Honeyed but rough. Only long into the finish, practically as a memory, is it sweet and tingly and satisfying. White crystals at the bottom of the glass.

This was so much better in March 2007.

An ignorant question...do you think this info applies primarily due to the vintage or the producer?.. I have an '02 version and was thinking about whether or not to open it...
