I just got this email through the NYDN. Perhaps we are missing some post-jeebus opportunities:
Dear Scott,
You know youre a true New Yorker when:
1. You're paying $1,200 for a studio the size of a walk-in closet and you think it's a "steal."
2. You're not in the least bit interested in going to Times Square on New Year's Eve.
3. You head out to the clubs when most Americans are heading to bed and late night food is not even a question.
Theres nothing better than a night out in the City that never sleepsA true New Yorker starts off their night partying at the trendy spot downtown, then moves to their favorite neighborhood bar where he/she meets that special someone to go home with and/or ends the night laughing with friends, while satisfying their drunken munchies at their favorite late night food spot.
Need I say McDonald's? At 2:00 AM, everyone knows the typical New Yorker cannot resist those Fries and Big Mac. Come get your late night McDonald's easier than ever at the 56th Street and 8th Ave Walk Up Window (opens at 2:00 AM)! It's the greatest thing since the cupcake truck! Come satisfy your late night munchies at our newest phenomenon. It will be easy as 1, 2, 3 and your night of debauchery in the big apple will be sure to always end on a good note!
Please let me know your interests in running this story. Look forward to hearing from you.
Best,
