Le Bernardin needs a new wine by the glass program

I had '98 Quintarelli Valpolicella at EMP this fall with this sous-vide venison, ginger breadcrumble, black pepper, dry cherry sauce...it was probably the best pairing/food experience I've ever had.

A four ounce pour was $32...but worth every penny.

I can't provide the venison, but I think I may have a bottle of this in the cellar that you are welcome to at half price.

I just opened a mag that was a bit lighter than I would have expected but was glugged down fairly quickly in a non geek setting.
