Drinking 05 Grazeaux, 06 Roilette VT Now

I ordered one (1) learner bottle of 05 Baudry Grezeaux, which (finally) arrived today. What kind of prep, if any, would make it fair to drink now, rather than in ten years? Micro-oxygenation? Radical splash triple decant? Adouze-style 12-hour breathing regime?

Ditto 06 Coudert Roilette Vendage Tardive: one learner bottle. Is there a reasonable way to drink this now?

Thanks in advance.

Don't guzzle; drink from your glass, not the bottle.

1. Adouze didn't invent opening bottles and leaving them open.

2. Let them settle from shipping for a bit. Open and enjoy. Use a clean glass. Have with food or your missing the point.

You're welcome in advance.

Geez, Monkey, I know that. It's shorthand. Your a bit wound up.

What foods go well with young Francenstein?

Thanks post hoc.

I'm not mellow. Ask anyone.

I'm less crazy than Lyle though.

Almost anything goes well with Chinon. That's what makes it so great. Serve with anything you'd have with Beajolais or Burgundy.
