More important news from Seattle

BJ

BJ
Louis/Dressner wines, in conjunction with a Walla Walla start up called Recorkit, are pioneering an innovative new bottle closure technology to address recent problems with the various new closures. Joe is very upbeat about it, and said it is being welcomed by a number of winemakers already. I will post photos of the technology shortly (please DO NOT repost these photos, I am considering this insider information for the small group of us that follow this site). He is allowing me to share this information even though his immediate impulse was to break the news on WineBerserkers.

In action, with a mag of Briords (please note this is a simulation, this wine originally bottled with cork).

Again, DO NOT REPOST THESE PHOTOS ELSEWHERE ON THE INTERNET OR OTHERWISE USE THEM. For WineDisorder only. Joe, please do not post on WineBerserkers, though I know you will want to.

Louis/Dressner, once again on the avant garde!
