2004 Domaine William Fvre Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Cote de Bouguerots, alc 13%....pale yellow color (a good sign)...lemon rind on the nose....really nice and interesting on the palate with good depth and moderate intensity....drinking well.. No "prem-ox" here...matched well with the chicken dish
