Giampiero Bea is coming to the US for what will likely be a whirlwind tour. He is making a stop here at The Wine Bottega in Boston for a brief but no less exciting tasting, free and open to all in the area.

I've heard Dagan plans to open every bottle by putting the bottom inside a shoe then banging the two against a wall until the corked is forced out.
