It's Cornas on a first date. Definitely Cornas under the fancy duds, but it's trying to make a good first impression.

There are 4 more dates, hopefully I get to discover some more interesting characteristics.

Ha ha, great note.

I once knew someone who discovered a well-behaved date was a foot-fetishist, a couple of rendez-vous down the line. FWIW.

And was that a good thing or a bad thing?

Maybe you needed to wear some glasses -- you got the wrong sister. It wasn't a date with a Cornas. It was a date with a 2005.

well, thank goodness that she referenced foot fetishes rather than some other ones!

Back to my boring date for a minute, if you don't mind: Claude, I hear what you are saying (smell what you are stepping in?).

OK, resume the PUNishment.

OK, resume the PUNishment.

Talking of punishment, I always found it amusing, though un-punic, that in another Semitic language, Akkadian, the words for crime and punishment are the same, so intertwined were the concepts. If Dostoyevsky wrote in Babylonian, he would have written arnum u arnum.
