TN: Chevillon 2004 NSG (Village)

Scott, I fear you may be confusing flasks with bottles. Though I think it's kinda dandyish of you to store them in a cellar, so, kudos!
 
i keep a few empty 1/2 bottles around for pouring off what i know i won't finish from a 750, corking, and then into fridge. works very well.

The glass stoppers that seal some wines these days are very useful for recycling in just this situation.

But Vino-Loks need a special bottle neck, too, so you'd have to get a 375 with a Vino-Lok seal and hang on to both. Personally, I think that hoarding those little 187 mL screwcapped bottles one gets on airplanes would be the way to go.

? I don't know if they're Vino-Loks or perhaps another brand, but if have no leaks from the seals when I use them with regular bottles.
 
to keep air contact to a minimum, i will pour enough wine into the 375 so that a little wine squishes out when i insert the cork.
