The word on cocktail street is that the Hangar 1 vodka brand, associated with high quality distillation and St. George Spirits, has been sold to the family that owns Jose Cuervo. Might anyone have more information at this time?

No, info but -- as a complete lineup -- my favorite vodkas by far. Doesn't sound good for the future, will need to stock up sooner rather than later, road trip to Froogle McDougle's in South Carolina...

It'll now be distributed locally through Empire. I hear production will rise and I imagine the price and quality will drop. A shame as it's really good product.
