A second 00 F. Jobard Blagny LPSlB rouge was delicious

I started to resurrect the old Jobard premox thread, but thought better of it when I reread it.

This bottle, just delicious. Not the most complex thing, but a subtle smokiness overlaying cherry fruit, hedonistic to use a Parker term. Had this with very slow roasted, low temp chicken legs and thighs and it was gone in no time.

I actually roasted the hell out of it, like an hour and a half at 250 on the Weber Silver B. Very hot. I kind of forgot it but I find that low temp dry roast really works well.
