So Mexican purslane is different than the "regular" kind? I never knew. I've made a potato salad with purslane once or twice. Didn't know there was more than one kind. Is it any good/how do you cook/use it?

you = overwhelmingly kind

the purslane may have been from ontario, or mexico. it was obtained at honeybee/la colmena on bagley and 16th in detroit.
