I figured since i just sort of sit back here and make fun of aged muscadet I might as well contribute something.

2003 Pecina Rioja Crianza: I've been digging on this winery for a minute now. 2003 blahblahblah but still nice. I threw together a chicken in red wine from the always excellent Penelope Casas and ate at the Spanish appropriate time of 11pm. The wine was better the next day.

2008 Produttori Langhe Nebbiolo: If you have a beautiful wife I suggest drinking all your wine with her, as it will always taste better. This was a wine that slowly crested over the course of two hours.

2007 Domaine de la Cadette Melon: Melon de Bourgogne from Burgundy. You need to check this out. Enough said.

Yeh....it was like verbal viagra, and I wish there was a better way to put that. But there aren't that many women reading this so am not sure it makes a difference.
