For a great dinner at Alto. The food was amazing and your pairings could not have been better. As for the remaining two or three people on this board who may not have met him, you should make an effort to eat at Alto and let Levi do the selecting.
I mean really, who else serves Nusserhof Blatterle by the glass? Levi reminded me that it was made from nearly extinct indigenous grapes tweezed individually from the vine by a secret order of Cistercian nuns on the second full moon nearest to the autumnal equinox and then aged in custom asphalt amphorae. Now that's the kind of information that tourists like us can't get at home or at my local Dressner tasting. Well done!!
