B BJ BJ Aug 1, 2010 #3 It is indeed an aging wine. I tend to like to give them at least 7-8 years. This one is unusually open for being a couple years old. Not sure how it will evolve, I would guess not a ton. I should add this has a nice acid backbone which bodes well.
