Yes, my point being that the two issues - yeast genocide and wine preservation - are all-too often conflated under the "contains sulfites" topic. Those words are, we agree, evidence of neither.
 
Interestingly enough, cold carbonic does the same thing as yeasting at crush. It selects which yeasts live or die. To further muddle the issue.
