CWD: '05 Baumard Clos de Ste Catherine

2005 Domaine des Baumard Clos de Sainte Catherine, Coteaux du Layon, alc 12.5%...nose is sweet and honeyed...the palate follows with sugary sweetness with apricot, pear, mango, pineapple and honeycomb...fairly viscous...still primary but shows good potential...
 
Merci; I have some 02 chached. I gather wine from this vineyard won't go the distance with the Quarts de Chaume, but still has pretty good legs.

I have had it from 1969 (maybe 2 yrs ago) and it was still quite good.
