A public service announcement...

Guess what? At long last, the '02 Huet- Le Haut-Lieu Demi-Sec has finally shut down hard. A Le Mont Demi-Sec tried a few months ago was still open, but showed signs of closing down.

It's about time!

Interesting, Brad. I had the '02 CdB demi in July, and it was still drinking very well, but my cellar conditions are warmer than yours likely are.

02 Le Mont demi was super classy and delish in July for me.

I haven't had that one since release. Didn't get any as I thought it was huge. I liked the Le Mont and Le Haut-Lieu better at the time. I tend to prefer CDB for the sweeties.

Not sure you have to wait 30 years though...! A friend brought the '96 Le Mont Sec on Saturday and the wine was a beauty.
That's a wine that was closed up pretty tight a few years ago, but it's come a long way.
