I haven't really delved in as much as I'd like to yet, Ian, but I've seen and tasted some very interesting stuff so far. Organic rice, less milling, non-filtered and wild yeasts.
 
Bottle 2 of the sois mignon and this expression is a bit different, but no less enjoyable: zero spritz, fireworks' fuse smoke, tobacco, citrus rind on the nose, lots of mandarin orange on the front end of the palate, expanding bands of lemon, subtle musk still there, and long romorantin-like notes on the finish. Perty damn good.
