which do you choose?

Philip the Bold got the message that Gamay and limestone generally don't get along so good. Not, at least, like Pinot and limestone, or Gamay and granite. Gamay didn't ask to be planted in Burgundy, you know?

I dropped by M & Y this summer: thought their selection was relatively benevolent, but their pricing a bit pernicious.

Jeff: joining the chorus, 06 Lapierre was good to me this summer, but the issue as you've outlined it is not basic quality per se.

Something I noticed on my last A2 trip: M&Y has a 15% case discount (20% when they are having a sale) and that's really how you need to buy there, if you go. With the case discount they are very competitive on price, without it not so much.

Beautiful. The real trick is that it is so light, so texturally ethereal. So much flavor in the onset, slightly sweet, berries, yada. Then it shimmers and disappears.
