We made a great dinner at the tgjp in Paris last friday.
Whites with two Muscadet 2005 from Jo Landron & Guy Bossard
Red's with four Anglore 2009 from Eric Pfifferling (Tavel)
Sweet with Quart de Chaume 1997 from Francis Poirel

I am an utter enthusiast and frequent guzzler of his grenache-based white, "Sels d'Argent" (that would have been a more interesting start than Muscadets). But the reds shine, too.

Brilliant guy, great wines.
 
The 09 sel d'argent is not totally dry and a little bit soft. It would'nt be the good wine for the smoked salmon, tarama and smoked eel.
