Ras le bol.

Re: " ligoter," your literalism would make Nabokov proud.

I'm sorry you fail to understand each of my posts. I'll stop them, now.

Not each of them, just the last one, since, like literalists, I wasn't arguing with you, just describing my lack of ability to follow you.

I reached for a bottle of Brun 06 Cote de Brouilly but it wasn't there...
Got it.

Fake black cork. Wine is still perfect. Burgundy done with cranberries instead of raspberries. Lightweight, tending towards medium-weight, texture. Aromatic. Lean. Happy.

This was an in-store tasting. The line was crazy. DL did the pouring, until he didn't. So... don't know about disgorgement. Did not taste reduced to me. Just not exciting.

TN: A Bunch of Quick NotesFirst, there was a tasting of natural wines (meaning, no added SO2) at Chambers:

Guttarolo 2007 Gioia del Colle Primitivo - ooh, I like this: herbs and berries, light and loosey-goosey texture, not sweet or zin-like (prim-like?) at all ((should buy this))

Got around to tasting this. Wow. Beautiful, wholesome, amazingly fresh, ripe, pure fruit - a touch exotic with some kind of a persimmon/red citrus note, but mainly plums and black cherry, with twigs of herbs and cinnamon on the nose and in the ever so slightly chewy finish, which shows lively acids. Drink early and often.
