well, I confess, I don't own any 2001 bertheau so maybe it's something about that vintage. Otherwise most of my bertheau (before the 05 vintage) is from Kermit Lynch or Premier Cru (the latter of which are Kermit imports), with the exception of the 96 amoureuses which is from a NY retailer.
