Time was good for this Jurancon. While it was already pretty good last December, it is now even more balanced and the wood is more subtle. Quite earthy, smoky with a light salty tang, some exotic fruits. It is very round but with plenty of acidity and avoid being fat.
A really good Juranon and pretty happy to see it improve that way.
