The one on Park Avenue South in Manhattan, around 30th Street, where Anthony Bourdain was chef for many years. They had it by the glass too, a sure sign that somebody there knows what they're doing...

are we talking atlantic coast or rhone valley here? if the latter, i think it's more appropriate to say the wisdom travels south
