Sandi and I drank the last bottle of '01 ESJ Syrah (California) from our cellar tonight. It was definitely the best of the bunch that I purchased. Perfectly resolved with lovely complex aromas and flavors.

It went wonderfully with corn/feta/caramelized onion/Padron pepper pizza.
