CWD: 2001 Belle Pente Murto

Was beautiful for about 15 minutes after opening, then shut down slowly. I don't plan on opening another for 5 years or so.

Opened an '07 on Thanksgiving which we sampled over several hours and never got to show much of anything. It certainly appeared to have the structural elements to last a good, long while. One of my three favorite domestic pinots, the BP Murto.
