Allergens in wine

That's really interesting.

With a bit more detail you could select the right enzymes to treat your wines and maybe eliminate that problem for people who care.

Where's the resident statistician when you need him? (I know a jeebus in some faraway land). Maybe a diet rich in dried apricots is prevalent in CA but not so much in the Eastern US. I don't think there are a hundred people who I've witnessed eating dried apricots. Still I agree with you.

I don't know if anyone's diet is 'rich' in dried apricots, seems kind of intense. But I never thought of them as more prevalent on one coast as opposed to the other. Probably because I hang out with the same type of folks regardless of where I am.
