let's hope this gets some momentum!

It was probably two months well-spent. Me, I rarely think of Chefs as cooks any more. Sure, they stand there at the pass and make sure the plates look good and they deal with personnel issues and investor relations and go on TV food game shows and come up with ideas for what's going out under their name, but it's not like I expect to go to Spago and see Wolfgang cooking up schnitzel pizzas. C'mon, get real. For the most part the celebrity chefs have paid their dues and can't afford to just be a cook anymore. It would be interesting to see how many would go back to the line if given the opportunity.
