A little puzzling. He notes, for instance, the 9 vignerons in the Granite de Clisson, but I don't think there are more than 3 making wine with that designation (unless someone has more current info than I do). And so on.

Is there much more interest than there used to be?
 
Garagiste just sent out a blast today for a Clisson Muscadet, this one from a Domaine Perraud. And I quoth the verboseness "Other than Pepiere, Perraud appears to be the only other BIO/organic/wild yeast producer in Clisson that also hand-harvests..." So, there's one more.
 
Just happened to google Bossard the other night and wine doc came up first, with some more or less current info. We are meeting a fishmonger in an hour to have an oyster shucking session and l'Ecu to wash 'em down.
