ulysse collin 2007 bdb

super fresh, almost tactile chalkiness. it has the minerality of the chalk in the soil and the saltiness of the flint. just fucking gorgeous!

Had a NV BDB some time back (don't know any of the lot/disgorgement details) but it was fantastic. Serious minerality, focus, precision, etc...

i believe i've tried every bdn through the 08s. i love just about everything olivier is doing.

if you like the "minerality, focus, precision" of the wines, you will absolutely adore the 07...
