Actually that page was put together before he started making it and hasn't been updated.

There is no vintage listed on the label that I could decipher. It's the bottling currently at Chambers St.
The bottling currently available at Chambers -- or at least the ones that they have most recently received in stock -- is from 2008 fruit, at least according to Rosemary; and I have no reason to doubt her.
As of Sunday they had both 2007 and 2008. But from the timing of when they got the 2008 in this note was on the 2007.

If you go to that page's equivalent in the Italian side you can see info about the Susucaru, but it is in Italian.
