Diamond Knot Brewing Company, India Pale Ale, Mukiletio WA, alc 6.2%....Served with homemade Mulligatawny Stew....intense hoppy nose...a nice grassiness and smooth hoppy-ness with only a hint of bitterness on the finish....smooth and pleasureable...quite a nice beer to go along with the moderately spicy soup....a new find for me

As an aside, the stew was a weight watchers menu with rice rather than cream and chicken as the meat...a "keeper" recipe
 
Are these beers being distributed in bottles now?

The last time I was in Seattle (2004? wow.) they were available at the brewpub and on tap a bit around the Seattle area. I remember being pretty impressed, especially with the hoppy stuff.
