Any info on 1990 Cricova Gratiesti?

I was over my sister's apartment today for dinner, and I noticed that she had a bottle of 1990 Cricova Gratiesti. Her friend bought it for her in Moldova, and it is a dessert wine (16% alcohol, 160 g/l sugar) and is made out of 100% Rkatsiteli. It apparently is also made in a oxidative style (from what I could glean from my google search).

Just wondering if anyone knows anything more about these types of wine. I was curious because I've never heard of Gratiesti or Rkatsiteli.

The Cricova site describes the wine as "fresh" but they give no details about the wine-making.

Gratiesti is a place, apparently.

Rkatsiteli is popularized on the East Coast by Dr. Konstantin Frank, who makes quite a nice gulpable one.
