Hanging 'round the house cooking and whatnot. Making some potatoes gratin and roast pork and felt like some burgundy.

2004 Rollin, Les Fichots is open and rocking right out of the gate. Plush and spiced with vibrant color and snappy tannins. Looking forward to sipping this the rest of the night. Delight.
 
Besides roast pork, I was surprised burgundy goes with lamb & black-eyed pea stew, not in a revelatory way, but in a "hey, not bad" sort of way.
