Just the other night had a screwed up '97 Nikolaihof Riesling von (or is it vom?) Stein. Corked AND ridiculously oxidized - it was so bad that it was hard to tell which was worse. Second bad one of that wine in the last few months (the prior bottle was oxidized but not corked).

I'm really wondering what happened to some of the '97 Nikolaihofs.
