This invite just happened to show up in my inbox today. Alas, I will be unable to attend, but if you happen to be in Arbois (or, say, Paris; hint hint Sharon) you should go to this. The first salon for organic Jura producers is happening on 3/27 or if you're a professional-type you also have 3/28. Looks like the whole gang will be there and then some.

I might try to make it to the 2012 edition on the 26th, if they'll let a foreigner with not much French in... any chance anyone else will be there?
