GG, the vintage wines are also great.

I agree: Les Papilles Insolites is just rocking zero dosage wine of the pinot noir persuasion. And Vignes de Montgueux and Rosé are also flawless.

Going back to the Cotet, it does have 2g/L dosage, which, though extra brut, could be too much?

I am confused on extra-brut of late, in truth. I will post separately.
 
2 g/L is where 'dry' normally stops for table wine, I can't imagine that it could be too much for Champagne. Haven't had the wine, though.
