And Vignes de Montgueux and Rosé are also flawless. Going back to the Cotet, it does have 2g/L dosage, which, though extra brut, could be too much? I am confused on extra-brut of late, in truth. O Oliver McCrum Oliver McCrum Mar 31, 2011 #23 2 g/L is where 'dry' normally stops for table wine, I can't imagine that it could be too much for Champagne. Haven't had the wine, though.
