so, Georges Perrier's, Le Bec Fin, temple to french cuisine, the restaurant that put Philadelphia on the map many years ago as a worthy restaurant town, translates as "peachy keen" !?!

somehow, i dont think thats what he was going for. or maybe it was. who knows.
