so, Georges Perrier's, Le Bec Fin, temple to french cuisine, the restaurant that put Philadelphia on the map many years ago as a worthy restaurant town, translates as "peachy keen" !?!

Bec fin may be passé in Paris but I've still heard it in the sticks. I think it's more like peachy keen than 23 skidoo in that sense.
