This should make for an interesting test whether there really is no such thing as negative publicity. Seems likely that more people will learn of this product as a result of the fallout from this stunt than would have learned of the product had the bloggers reacted as intended. And at least some of those people will think, "Hmmm, they thought they could pass this off as the dish of a celebrity chef and people would believe it..." Stupid misstep or sheer genius?

a blogger friend of mine here in DC has a basement full of samples...plenty of it is crap, but there are also a handful of really interesting ones, too.
