2007 Pepiere

That was my feeling on the wine as well. Still tasty, but noticeably softer then when I last had it several months ago (though still energetic and racy). Definitely a drink and NOT a hold.

I have some in the fridge, but that's not my expectation. I think the plastic cork is what's moving the regular so quickly.

Quite so, I opened a bottle of '07 Granite de Clisson the other day. That bottle most certainly wasn't on an excellerated path and I won't be in any hurry to drink the remaining case over the next few years.
