2005 Domaine Bernard Baudry Chinon Les Grézeaux
Tobacco, forestal greenness, fresh earth and dark fruits combining seamlessly. There's still plenty of youthful fruit, extract, tannin and acid structure suggesting that this has plenty of time ahead, but after a little air it's quite wonderful to drink now. Brilliant.

2009 Domaine Bernard Baudry Chinon Les Grézeaux
More of the same, though with more fruit and a little more structure than the '09, but the same polish, seamless balance and less alcohol. Buy lots; drink (though with some air) and hold.

2010 Domaine Bernard Baudry Chinon Rosé
Weightless, transparent and utterly refreshing, conveying fresh berries, pomegranate and watermelon flavours with such crispness and refreshment value that it's hard to put down. Perfect summer wine, even if the weather outside is grim and rainy.

I've been dreaming of buying this by the case and dousing my summer in it ever since the LDM road show.
 
I judge any rose by whether some of my retained soviet era bath toys float or not.
