in general i am a fan of this.
 
I think all the good stuff goes to New York. I've never seen any of those guys in SF, save for the occasional Donati.

Found some Saetti down on the peninsula.

It is full of bright, very tart fruit, quite savory, and a little bretty. It finishes bracingly dry.

Very tasty. They should be serving this at all the new pizza joints around town.

Many of the SF restaurants are using some commercial swill called Barbolini, thank God.
