Joel, No! But I do tend to think more in terms of denser wines e.g. Sauternes and the like rather than Rieslings with foie gras. Just mostly by habit, I guess!

I think the most interesting match I ever found for foie gras was 1989 zind-humbrecht R clos hauserer VT
