Drank this at a local restaurant two nights ago, absolutely lovely and minerally, despite a touch of Macon (not bacon) fat. But I am writing to clamor. Had three fine experiences lately with Domaine Valette and Frédéric Cossard, for good reason darlings of the Caves Augé set, yet unavailable in the almightily oligopsonistic USofA. Be not complacent. Picket your local importer. Thoroughness is not being exercized.
