Cerasuolo mon amour

The Parisian sky is grey and troubled, though in these longest days of the year the hidden, scrambled sun still glows until 11pm or so.

I open a find from Spring Boutique, where the smart American caviste peppers the indigenous fare with some outliers unknown to the French: López de Heredia, Göbelsburg, Occhipinti, Eric Texier...

2008 COS Cerasuolo di Vittoria - is humming my tune. It is fabulously fresh and complex. More to say, more to say, words and words and words, or maybe just uploading it to one's mouth and downloading it through one's gullet. This is so tasty beautiful great. So vibrant. So on.
