Restaurant Recommendations in Provence/Cote d'Azur?

Going to be spending a few days in Provence (Aix, Baux, St Remy, etc) and a few near the coast further east (specifically, Antibes). Any recommendations for good places to eat? Any with particularly stellar wine lists? And any producers aside from the usual crowd (Chateau Simone, Tempier, Henri Milan, Trevallon) that i should visit as well? Thanks!

This may not be quite where you'll be but it's close and when I was there a few years ago it was great.
Out in the Camargue, south of Arles, La Chassagnette. An organic farm with a restaurant and one star. It was a very Disorderly place. It was by far the most interesting and best value for a Michelin star that I've experienced, but my experience is limited. I'm not sure what would make a stellar wine list for you, but
the list won't be a big one full of famous names, but they will have good wines.

We may cross paths because I'll be in the region as well. Tempier may be difficult to visit. Besides those you mentioned, there's also Dominique Hauvette and, if not too far from you, Eric Pfifferling at L'Anglore.

Ned, thanks for the tip, noted.

Mirazur in Menton was getting plenty of acclaim a few years back but our visit this year was not great. Good, competent, sometimes interesting.

Went there 1 1/2 years ago. Really wanted to love it, but the view and the friendliness of the staff where the only highlights. The food ranged from ok to pathetic. Not even a hint of why this was supposed to be the next great thing.

In contrast, the 130 Euro lunch (now 140 Euro, including 1/2 bottle of wine) at Alain Ducasse's Louis XV was worth every penny. One of the great dining experiences of my life.

As for Antibes, the covered market is very nice. I still crave the fig jam and the tapenades.

The people at Henri Milan were very friendly and I really liked the wines we brought back.

If you make it to Les Baux, the olive oil at Moulin Jean Marie Cornille is really outstanding (plus excellent olives, olive oil soaps and jams). http://www.moulin-cornille.com/v2/index.html
The oil is less than half of what it costs in the US, so very worth schlepping it.

Thanks for all the responses! We're not going to be as far west as Arles. We're spending some time in the Luberon and then, more in the eastern part of Provence. Any recommendations there?
