I was looking through some bottles I am cellaring and noticed one of the capsules had its top peeled off, exposing the cork. Should I drink this bottle now or can I let the bottle continue to slumber?
The only reason for concern is if the cork has pushed through the top of the capsule, which would be a sign either of extreme heat damage or refermentation in the bottle. Short of that, no worries.
