Cantillon/Lemasson Zwanze

I also noticed that Zwanze Day is September 17 where all of the special bottlings will be opened. I went last year and if you think wine geeks are geeky you should see beer geeks! I will however be returning and will be there early to get a bottle of the Pinot d' Aunis.
 
Aside from the fact that a bar named Spuyten Duyvil has no business being in Brooklyn, this drink sounds like a great idea. Something that is truly better than each of its separate parts.

Now, if only someone can figure out a way to keep the hot side hot and the cool side cool.
 
Thankfully I live just a 20 mins walk away from where the Finnish barrel will be opened. I have only tried the rhubarb Zwanze and that was outstanding.

The Chardonnay and Merlot Cantillons (I've forgotten their names, sorry) weren't bad either. The Gueuze really improved those grapes tremendously.
