I would come out of the woodwork for that. My schedule sucks though, I might be able to host at my home in the evening, otherwise I would mostly be free during the day, which might not work for folks who work. I'll message you with some contact information right now.

Steven tried to host at his place, Chaad also offered to host; as Steven says, despite best efforts, and considerable generosity, we weren't able to coordinate our schedules. I hope Putnam, Steven, Chaad, Mary, and Jacqueline will persist and get together sometime soon.
